Dear guests, this tour takes you through the most famous locations and landscapes of the Dolomites. We will stop at the most breathtaking viewpoints, where you can enjoy the unforgettable peaks, lakes, and valleys of this UNESCO World Heritage site. There will also be time for short walks and photography. This long but beautiful tour will take us to Lake Braies (Pragser Wildsee), which will be our final stop. Afterward, we will head back to Bolzano via the Puster Valley and the Eisack Valley. Lunch will be provided at a typical mountain inn, where you can taste local dishes.

A balanced itinerary that touches upon valleys, lakes, and mountains with breathtaking views. Perfect for enjoying the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites at a relaxed pace. There will be time for short hikes and photography. Those who wish can take the cable car up to the Pordoi at 3,000 meters. Lunch will be served in a typical mountain inn. The return trip will take us through the famous Val Gardena, passing by Ortisei, where we will have a final coffee break before heading back to Bolzano.

From Bolzano, we head to the colorful Lake Carezza, where we admire its colors and the reflection of the Latemar mountain. We continue to the Karerpass (Passo Carezza) for a short stop to view the Rosengarten (Catinaccio) and the Alps. We drive into the Fassa Valley, passing Vigo, Pozza, Canazei, up to the north face of the Pordoi under the Sella and Sassolungo massifs. Here we walk to the waterfall and visit the marmots living under the rocks. Afterwards, we drive to the Sella Joch (Passo Sella) and park the car to start our circular hike. A very beautiful, special hike through rocks, plants, flowers, herbs, larch, and pine trees. In forty minutes, we hike to the famous Rifugio Comici, located under the mighty Sassolungo, to enjoy good local food. Fresh and strengthened, our hike continues clockwise back to the car. We continue by car into the Gardena Valley to St. Ulrich (Ortisei) and take a coffee break in this beautiful picturesque village. After that, we drive into the Eisack Valley (Valle Isarco) and back to Bolzano.

This circuit can be started from various locations, such as Passo Sella or Alpe di Siusi. We begin at our hotel on Alpe di Siusi, taking the shuttle to Saltria and then the Florian chairlift, where our hike officially starts. We hike past the Murmeltier Hütte, beneath the imposing Sassolungo massif, to the Comici Hütte and on to Passo Sella, before heading around to the Sasso Piatto Hütte. Here, we enjoy a delicious, traditional meal. Afterward, we descend to Saltria either on foot or by chairlift. It is a wonderful circular hike around one of the Dolomites’ most iconic peaks. If we want to shorten the route, we can hike up through the Sassolungo Notch—nestled between the massive rock faces—and take the small gondola lift back down. This is also a fantastic tour. Sturdy hiking boots are essential for both routes. Departure from the hotel at 9:00 AM, return around 5:00 PM. The first tour is long, but very varied and never boring.

From Bolzano, it’s about a two-hour drive through the val pusteria into the valle di Braies to the stunning Lago di Braies.
A truly special place, surrounded by the towering Dolomites. We park our car and set off on our walk around the lake, going clockwise. The crystal-clear water and the surroundings are mesmerising, tempting us to stop and take photos. After an hour, we turn left and after a further twenty minutes, we reach the Grünwaldalm, where we have lunch and treat ourselves to some typical Tyrolean specialities. Happily we walk back to the lake and on to our car. The return journey takes us via Bruneck or to the monastery Neustift where we stop for a coffee break. Filled with the joy of this lovely day we set off on our return journey to Bolzano.

From Bolzano, we head to the Val di Funes (Villnöss Valley) toward St. Magdalena and Zanser Alm. From there, we take a leisurely two-hour hike along the Adolf Munkel Trail toward the Geisler Alm or Gnofenhart Alm. Once there, we enjoy the famous “Dolomites Cinema,” a stunning panoramic view of the Geisler Dolomites. We will have lunch at one of these mountain huts, where we will be treated to local specialties. After a relaxing break, we hike back to Zanser Alm in about an hour.
