1. Scope of Service

Base Camp Dolomites provides outdoor equipment rental, luggage storage services, and the organization of guided tours.

2. Equipment Rental

Rented equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Any damage caused by improper use or negligence will be charged to the customer.

3. Luggage Storage

The luggage storage service does not require a reservation. Base Camp Dolomites declines all responsibility for any valuables left unattended inside stored luggage.

4. Guided Tours and Bookings

Participation in tours is subject to weather conditions. The organization reserves the right to cancel or modify the itinerary for safety reasons. Booking Note: Submitting a request through our online form does not constitute an immediate booking confirmation. Each request will be reviewed by our staff. You will be contacted as soon as possible to confirm the availability of the itinerary and finalize the details.

5. Liability and Insurance

Base Camp Dolomites is not responsible for any accidents occurring during activities. Every participant is required to verify their own insurance coverage for outdoor activities.

6. Equipment Rental (Booking Process)

Regarding the rental service, requests submitted via the website serve as a preliminary booking. Base Camp Dolomites will verify the availability of the requested equipment for the specified dates and provide you with a final quote. The booking will be considered finalized only after our official confirmation.

7. Payments

All services must be paid for exclusively on-site at our location at the time of service.
